I mean, the tones and color are done quite well, and the veins in the hand are a nice touch. Everyone remembers to draw them on penises, but rarely on hands.
From the position of the body, one would think that it should be pointing directly into the "camera." But that would involve perspective and fore-shortening, which aren't easy, I know.

 I'm not sure how to feel about this. Her position looks so very uncomfortable, and she looks like she's about to fall off the bed. i love the coloring :) and that cat! but the girl could use some work, IMO :) love that song also xD
