It's quite undeveloped, but the lines for her hair flow nicely.
I'm not familiar with most superheroes, so I don't know who it is. But her costume is sexy.

No-one seems to be commenting anymore! Some lucious curves here, love the sultry look and detailing on the shoulders.

The shading doesn't feel finished, but at the same time gives the blue bodice a velvety feel, and the colours make it pop as well!
