fearsome oekaki
Fearsome is in Low Power Mode!

What's that mean for you, discerning pixel poker? Most likely, what you see is what you get. Some parts of the site may not be working 100%, and there's a possibility that if it's broken, it might stay that way for a while.

If you can't log in to your account, drop a line. We should be able to reset your user flags.
If you can't get the applet to run, make sure your Java installation is up to date, and make sure you're drawing with ChickenPaint; the other applets are mostly deprecated, and might not successfully post your art (if you can even load them up at all).

I wanted to draw a troll ancestor, and haven't drawn anything here in a good while... She looks a little bit too much like how she does on her intro page! But I still like how this turned out, regardless. :33

Also, first time using something besides Shi Painter for oekaki.

Figured I'd use oekaki to draw something that wasn't a person for once.

Birdy! I like the red feathers a lot. You did a good job on the effect. I also like the foreground pine needles for some reason.

Just have to wonder, what's the evolutionary advantage of a beak that other birds would say needs an orthodontist?
Still, a pretty picture of a bird that's pretty weird. And remember, weird has its uses!

That texture on the feathers is pretty sweet!

Crossbills' beaks are specifically adapted to opening the seed capsules of pine cones. I'm not sure HOW it works tho.

A-maz-ing. Lovely use of solids and your line density/inking is something to be envied.

Wow. It's very eyecatching. Great textures, line thickness... I like the pines too.

Bold line art and firey colors makes this stand out! Love it.
