I don't know if this this the same problem you're having, but when I upgraded to Vista and I had to turn off "Press and hold to right click" in the Pen and Input Devices settings to get rid of lag when you begin a stroke in oekaki applets.

Id love to find a copy of this game. Its so rare these days, probably the hardest of the DnD games to find. That said.. Hatching :D :D :D

When I saw this..the face really reminded me of the Movie Underworld when he finally begins his transformation at the end..I like the greens and the sketchy way you shade...
