your hands are beautiful. altho, the head seems a little weird to me--it looks flat on top, and the chin should be bigger/lowered a little (as the jaw is opening). i also feel you could've used a softer blue for the hair, but that's pretty minor. overall I really like this! (shiny labia = om nom)
